inspired by chef Bruno, Bobby Flay and cooler temps here in Florida. My longing for fall reared it’s lovely head with a salad out of Bar Americain by Bobby Flay. Slightly rustically altered by leaving the veg in the lentils instead of leaving them whole and fishing them out the rest of the salad is his. Roasted beets, warm lentils and cool goat cheese on a bed of honey sherry vinaigrette dressed greens. Did I say lovely?
