I can say with fair assurance that we make spectacular calzones. Publix is our local everyday food shopping market and in the bakery/deli they have lumps of pizza dough most every day. Roll out a circle or oval and fill half with your favorite pizza toppings – in this case, sauteed onions, hot italian sausage, pepperoni, ricotta and mozzarella. If you use other veg I would lightly cook them first unless you like them on the raw side. Fold it over and pinch and roll the edge. Smooth some olive oil and garlic salt on top and bake at 425 for 20 or so minutes.
Dinner is served.
